👍 Results-driven
Helped over 1000s of professionals and leaders land a job at Facebook, Apple, Google and Amazon.
I saw a big gap with seasoned professionals being burnt out with misery. I could relate.
I believe in providing my clients with everything I know that has worked for me with my coaching business. I’ve accumulated over two decades of knowledge within the tech recruiting, leadership, and training for Facebook, Amazon, Google, and startups.
I am proud to say that I have successfully helped 1000s clients throughout Bay Area and Pacific Northwest facilitate their self-growth. Many landed the right job through my combination of online courses, live weekly coaching on Youtube, and my premium VIP Coaching Program.
To get to know me better, I like to share my origin story.
My family immigrated to the States in the early 80s. The land of freedom quickly became a struggle-town for my family. Unfortunately for me, I grew up in foster care.
That didn’t deter me, and each obstacle was a challenge to overcome. Even as a kid, I was highly ambitious. I would get A’s and was an Editor for the school’s newspaper. In college, I was the president of my university’s dormitory to help make a difference.
I spend my 20s working as a Recruiter and Business Development Manager in various staffing agencies. I remember feeling butt-hurt when Microsoft and Google rejected my job applications.
Life changed after one phone call.
My friend introduced me to her Talent Manager, who managed Microsoft recruiting accounts. I pushed hard, saying, “Hey, I happen to be in town next week. How about we grab lunch together?”
It was crazy. For me to attend that very lunch meeting, I had to buy myself a flight to Washington.
It was worth it. Within days, I was offered a job as a Staffing Lead for Microsoft.
The key to success is hard work and staying persistent.
When you see the path of success, you go for it. Don’t give up.
Then life changed again. COVID19 has impacted us all.
This reminds me of the 2008 recession, where millions of talented leaders lost their jobs; they lost their confidence while job hunting. I, too, had to compete with others, and I felt inadequate because I felt that I wasn’t experienced enough.
But it’s a mindset game. For us to land the job, we need to prepare. Prepare to tell our best stories, share our best results.
That’s why I share my simplistic version of the STAR Method: Situation. Task. Action. Results.
The most significant life-changing moment was when I became a single mom and felt stuck in my career. I struggled to do the work I love while learning a new role of being a parent and having the work-life balance needed for my son.
In 2019, I jumped to the big end of the pool to set up my own career coaching business.
Now I do what I love the most, coaching leaders in regaining their confidence and guiding them through the entire life and interview coaching process to land a job in the top tech companies.
As long as you do the work, you will get the results you want.
And along the way, regain your confidence.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT HOLLY

more about Me
My favourite things are...
👦 my Little Man
I used to think that success meant climbing the corporate ladder and making a ton of money. Since being a parent, my son is the most inspirational gift. It made me realize that life isn’t about keeping up with the things that I don’t value and it doesn’t bring happiness into our lives. Happiness is creating a flexible business where I can care for my little man.
Book To read
“The Power Of Now.” by Eckhart Tolle.
Eckhart is a spiritual enlightenment teacher. He taught me how to look at life at the present time. To control my emotions and perception to not allow the negativity of the world and people affect my decisions.
Film to Watch
While You Were Sleeping (1995)
I feel connected to the storyline, except, I’m still waiting for my soulmate show up 😁. The movie pretty much explains my life; my dad passed on before I was born. My mom remarried when I was 8-years old and that changed our relationship. Needless to say, I was in foster care and pretty much had to “grow up” fast.
Hobby Wise
Photography
Prior to becoming a single mom, I used to travel the world twice a year. I love learning the way locals live their life and seeing different cultures. Through capturing my adventures, I fell in love with photography. I am a big fan of the Canon 5D MarkIII and nothing beats the 50mm 1.2 + 24-70.
